Immersive Design Consultation
On-site or virtual, our experienced architects collect detailed information about your project and property. We listen carefully and evaluate the space, along with your wants and needs. Our goal is to work as a team, using your vision, our expertise and the varied skills of our team to perfectly furnish your outdoor areas.

Design Proposal & Finish Selection
We present custom renderings, featuring unique pieces and configurations, designed around your needs and your project. Taking into consideration your outdoor lifestyle, we offer multiple options for your review and feedback. Once the perfect pieces have been identified, our skilled designers assist with choosing the perfect fabrics, frames and custom finishes.

Custom Manufacturing
Our skilled Artisans and trade professionals manufacture your furniture in Phoenix, Arizona at our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility, built in 2025. Following every detail of your custom design, they cut, weld, sew, paint and polish, for the perfect finished pieces.

White Glove Delivery
Once your furniture is complete, our team will deliver, stage and ensure that all items are made to your complete satisfaction. The final step is to relax and enjoy!

Our Trade Partner Program is available to qualified Architects, Designers, Builders, Hospitality Groups and Resellers. The program provides structured support, preferred pricing access, and collaboration with our team for residential and commercial projects.
Trade Partner Program pricing is available to approved partners only. Full catalog and pricing details are provided upon approval.
Partnership Structures
Commercial Purchasing
For partners purchasing furniture for resale or large-scale project installation.
Referral Collaboration
For partners who introduce clients and work in collaboration with the CC Patio team throughout the transaction.
Full-Service Commission Partnership
For partners who manage the client relationship throughout the process and submit the complete order to the CC Patio team.
Resale Authorization
Approved Trade Partners are authorized to resell CC Patio products in accordance with our established retail pricing guidelines and Trade Program policies.
Trade Application & Approval
Candidates must submit a complete application, receive approval, and execute the CC Patio Trade Program Agreement in order to participate in the program and access Trade Partner pricing.
Applicants are required to provide supporting documentation as part of the approval process, including applicable business credentials such as a business license, tax exemption certificate (if applicable), and a completed W9.
